Dear Team/Consumer court ,

I am using a nokia fone model Nokia c-5 with imei no 353792045749749. fone was working fine but on date of 12th of in the morning time i called up (9560388007) to the nokia care line which regards key pad of my fone (upper two and numberic keys 4,5,6 was not woking). i called up to them how can i make my fone good. agent sugest me to visit nokia care. but it was sunday. but during the call i tried to press same keys it was working. so i leave the plan to visit nokia care in sec-14, gurgaon because fone has started properly. but after two days again it had the same issue key was not working. so finally on 14th or 15th i visited to the nokia care sec-14 gurgaon. on nokia care they suggested me to leave the fone next five days to make it fix the issue. i was job less and i really dont had any other number i requested to them i can submit you the fone after few days coz i dont hav any extra fone and requested to format the fone coz might be any software effecting the key pad. they simply format the fone on same day and i recieved the fone. but at the same time key pad was working . after two days again i visited to the nokia care to repair the keypad but that guys said to me fone is wet and it has some mosture thats why key pad is not working and accoding to the company we are not suppose to provide you free service for that and they were not ready to listen me even they denyied that i was visited that nokia care two days before. where i would like to tell you that if my fone was not working then how can i use my fone and there is no sense to using a blocked keypad fone. and i kept my fone in my almirah for those two days when keypad was locked or not working. Now Nokia care guys asking to me to make payment of 1850 rs for repairing. According to me nokia care gusy are well instructed to proove every customer any hardware is not working due to mosture. and company is not looking forward to give service to change any hardware. Where i am a educated customer and if is there any software issue i do beleave to update software by my own. i've already done this two time to my fone. Now Nokia care guys are specially instructed not to repair any fone and even the same problem complaining with another man who was seating next to me in sec-14 nokia care . next time on 18th of june11 i have subitted my fone another nokia care near bus stand but that guy was also asking for 1850 Rs same day i called up to nokia care line and they provide me SR no. 1-11701698698 and given me tat for 48 working hr but still there are no revert from nokia. Where i was using nokia bran name from 1999 and nokia 5110 was my firstfone. and nokia 3315 was my secondfone. but still i thing nokia became a cheater to their valuable customer who realy trust on the bran name.
