Dear Sir/madam,
Its very embarrassing situation that I had never faced with nokia
products.I bought a brand new nokia piece 5800 express music device
(ESN/IMEI Number):351531044613783) on March'2010 in Hyderabad at NOKIA's
authorized dealer.From day one I was facing problem with the application
sensors & the screen used to get blank for a moment & continues to
restart.I ignored it at the beginning thinking that there are some minor
problems which can be rectified at your NOKIA CARE point.I approached the
NOKIA CARE with executive Mr.Balakrishna at hyderabad near elephant house,Ameerpet on 31/07/2010.The
response at the service dealer is worst I had never experienced before at
any of the other commercial centers.Instead of providing me the free
services as I had the mobile warranty for 1 year,the executives had forced
me to pay the amount for the extended warranty for an amount of Rs.565/-
and I too don't have any other option.I paid the amount with the bill
Invoice no.4392 & pin no. as 30242000865442.& the JOB SHEET NUMBER is
(302465550100731112).The executive had promised me that the piece will be replaced with the new one,They(NOKIA CARE) took nearly a weeks time to replace
the LCD screen & the sensors.Its the worst part on NOKIA that I had to
replace the parts of the brand new prodcut bought a few months ago.I was
made to visit their center for more than 10 times & I have to spend my
valuable time on those people leaving my work.I'm a bank employee
with lot of hectic pressure in my profession & now apart from that I had to
visit these people every time because of this issue,I spent more money on my
wallet parking & moreover that I had to waste my valuable time because of
their lazy response from their service center.After crossing all these
hurdles ,finally I took my device after a weeks time & because of your
worst service,I had to face the same issue again.As usual, the device used
to turnoff every time & there's a problem withe sensor buttons.This time I
had to fire on the executives for the worst service of yours,& they again took
the device with the JOB SHEET NUMBER(302465550100812119) saying that they
would replace the deivce with a newone.After 10days I gan met the NOKIA care center,to my surprise ,the handset had not been replaced but is being repaired & given back to me & the manager of the services center Mr.Srinivas was saying that the mobile will not be replaced & their executive had given the wrong commitment.The other
thing which I would like to bring to your kind notice is that, after having
a weird experience with NOKIA,only because of the goodwill I had on
them, I bought a bluetooth headset from NOKIA
PRIORITY with the INVOICE NO.# 4055 on 27/07/2010 with th eIMEI #
0694813023511802001.It started giving headache to me from day one only,the
speaker used to give some weird sounds & I faced a lot of disturbance
while speaking.Again I had to approach the dealer for the replacement.Now
that the blue tooth was replaced with the JOB SHEET #100731118,I don't understand how a genuine brand
like yours can sell the malfunction devices to the customers,that too
within a couple of days from the date of purchase, I faced this
problem.This is the hightime that I had to spend my valuable time &
money.Hence I would like to get a replaced handset for which NOKIA is not responding properly.Please help me in how to escalate this issue to the consumer court.Please send your communication to (auchut_rakesh1984@yahoo.com) if any thing needs to be communicated to me.
