I have bought n97 mini mobile phone on dec 31 2009.From that date have used the phone only for 2 months.After that i got a problem with phone .So, i took my phone to nokia care .They took 2 weeks of time
they gave it back and told it was repaired but it was not.But i noticed that it was not repaired again i gave it in nokia care.They took the phone and sent it to nokia company to raplace.They gave it back after 1 month and said it was replaced .The battery was faulty.The battery warranty is over.I replaced the battery .It was still not working..I bought the phone for 22,500 and the battery cost was 2300.I did nt use the phone at all.Can i file case on it.
