Hi,

I brought a Nokia 1680 from Nokia outlet new Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam - 530016. From day 5, the reception was very bad and I could hardly hear what the other person says and vice versa. As I'm in the warranty period, I took the mobile to Nokia Care service center near Sampath Vinayak temple and it is they did something. Nothing got better....I took it again to them.....again they did some software restore and it did not help. The third time I took it, they say nothing can be done, I need to buy a NEW Handset !!!!

So according to NOKIA we have to keep changing the handset every 4 days ? When it is their fault they should have replaced it with a new handset isn't it `???

Please advise me on how to proceed further.

I am using nokia e71 since 1 year...yesterday i got a problem that my mobile got over heated while charging ..so took my mobile to service center today ...the lady over der checked my mobile by smelling it and spinning the battery on table said ..this mobile will not be repaired if there is no warranty ...

Wtf man .... I spent 16000 buck to use mobile for just 1 year ..?

I never heard from any where that mobiles will not be repaired if warranty was over ....
