Myself Narsingh kaushal residing in C-75, Gandhi Vihar Delhi-9; I hereby wish to raise a complaint against Nokia for not owning up the pathetic service provided by their Nokia care unit. I purchased a Nokia 5130 (Silver) dated in 28 July, 2009 and the phone in under warranty still. IMEI No. 3552320366447014
My phone has not been showing Airtel sim and signal and I reported to M/s. – Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) for repair which is the authorized nokia care center as Nokia claims that the phone needs to be repaired only by an authorized service center.
First the nokia care service centre was demanding for money to repair my mobile set instead of warranty.
After Complaint in consumer Forum I had received a call of Mr. Pramod Kumar (Nokia Care Executive) dated 27/07/2010. After conversation of Mr. Pramod Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) Senior Executive Mr. Pankaj had registered my mobile set for repair.
There was a lot of Communication gap in nokia care co. with nokia care service Centre.
Durga Communication had told me that after two days you may collect your phone but they did not deliver my phone dated 29/07/2010.
After confirmation few days with Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) they had told me that my mobile set had been sent to head office.
There was different no. of speech of nokia care executive and nokia Care Company

I had received a call from Durga Communication dated 08/08/2010 at 3.27 p.m. they informed me that my mobile had been repaired so you may collect it. When I met Mr. Pankaj Senior Executive of Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) he told me that it was spoken by mistake still now your phone would had not been repair you can collect it on 10/08/2010 on evening.
When I met Mr.Pankaj on 10/08/2010 on evening he told me my mobile set co. had been change he showed me a another mobile with different color or different IMEI No. when I confirmed with Nokia care co, they told me that me that my mobile set was still now in head office.
I refused to take this another set because it was hanging, different color and different IEMI No. and it was not matching with my bill detail.
Nokia is a responsibility of Nokia and issues like these needs to be addressed without mental torture for the customer. I have been facing for 24 days problem. My contact me on 9910762321, 011-65342715.
You are requested to take the matter seriously before the service centre lost the goodwill of nokia care and should provide a suitable resolution.
