Myself Narsingh kaushal residing in C-75, Gandhi Vihar Delhi-9; I hereby wish to raise a complaint against Nokia for not owning up the pathetic service provided by their Nokia care unit. I purchased a Nokia 5130 (Silver) dated in 28 July, 2009 and the phone in under warranty still. IMEI No. 3552320366447014


My phone has not been showing Airtel sim and signal and I reported to M/s. – Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) for repair which is the authorized nokia care center as Nokia claims that the phone needs to be repaired only by an authorized service center.


First the nokia care service centre was demanding for money to repair my mobile set instead of warranty.

After Complaint in consumer Forum I had received a call of Mr. Pramod Kumar (Nokia Care Executive) dated 27/07/2010. After conversation of Mr. Pramod Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) Senior Executive Mr. Pankaj had registered my mobile set for repair.

There was a lot of Communication gap in nokia care co. with nokia care service Centre.

Durga Communication had told me that after two days you may collect your phone but they did not deliver my phone dated 29/07/2010.

After confirmation few days with Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) they had told me that my mobile set had been sent to head office.

There was different no. of speech of nokia care executive and nokia Care Company

I had received a call from Durga Communication dated 08/08/2010 at 3.27 p.m. they informed me that my mobile had been repaired so you may collect it. When I met Mr. Pankaj Senior Executive of Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) he told me that it was spoken by mistake still now your phone would had not been repair you can collect it on 10/08/2010 on evening.


When I met Mr.Pankaj on 10/08/2010 on evening he told me my mobile set co. had been change he showed me a another mobile with different color or different IMEI No. when I confirmed with Nokia care co, they told me that me that my mobile set was still now in head office.


I refused to take this another set because it was hanging, different color and different IEMI No. and it was not matching with my bill detail.

Nokia is a responsibility of Nokia and issues like these needs to be addressed without mental torture for the customer. I have been facing for 24 days problem. My contact me on 9910762321, 011-65342715.

You are requested to take the matter seriously before the service centre lost the goodwill of nokia care and should provide a suitable resolution.

I request you to kindly instruct nokia to replace my set with new one otherwise I will be forced to go for consumer forum for the same

my self ms. Heena from panchkula city. I was having problem with my nokia 1662, which i purchased a year back, i was having problem with my handset of white display. I submit it at seven mobile, sco66, sec-7 panchkula, haryana on 8.aug.2010., on 20th aug 2010, nokia care received my handset still giving the same problem, and bounced it back the same day without asking my permission, which i came to know on 21.aug.2010. Now i daily visit nokia care, but each time i am told that it wil come tomorrow.. Its been 23days i submit my handset. Am realy frustrated like hell with your service. Even some times the staff there talk rudely when i force them to tell me exact status. And when i called nokia careline, they said that my job sheet no. Must have changed after bouncing back, but nokia care says that they bounced on same jobsheet, now the matter is that even nokia careline does not know that where exactly my handset is, as if they had lost it, bcoz according to them job sheet no is changed, but i dont know the new one, nor did nokia care knows..hoping for your attention.. Kindly solve problem soon, otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.

Tilll date that is 17/12/2010 my handset is not returned.It has been a period of 17days. Nokia Care point situated at "18/3,1st floor,Radheypuri Extn ,Jagatpuri Redlight,New delhi-51,New Delhi" executives are alluring me with false promises on delivery date,misbehaving ,and behaviour towards customer is very objectionable.please look into the matter soon.Hoping that you will take appropriate actions else i would take some legal actions against the company.

I m utkarsh mehra from 307 hanuman gali beharipur bareilly and i m not satisfied with ur service .i have nokia 2600-c2 and the problem is outgoing calls ex.if i call u or u cal me then i will able to hear ur voice but u cant hear my voice u will only listen disterbence only nothing else..this was my nokia mobile problem ...
so i went to nokia care at bareilly for repair my mobile so they gave me time she said that u can collect your mobile on saterday at 5-6 pm then i said ok...
then on saterday when i reached there they said we cant give your mobile today we will give it on monday but i have mentioned before also to them that i have to go delhi its urgent becouse my tau was amitted in icu that's was my problem but they were not listening and were missbehaving with my father and me also she was shouting on us and was using bad language and the manager was also not there and when make cal to mangers number then he was not attending our cal also....
that girl was very baad i can give his reference as she was bright in colour and short in height ....only this much..
so i m requesting u to take action about that girl otherwise we will take action about that girl it is our hummble request to u please take some action please....

hey i have a complain about Nokia care center,
i have Nokia 6300, it perhaps lost its display.. nothing is visible, ma' cell has 1 more Month's Warranty, but when i reached Nokia care center in Noida... then they were denying to give me service...
they were showing me that ma; cell has some corrosion around nut bolts af that.. tha's why the are not able to open it and repair it...

So... Now what should i Do... Because oping Nut bolts are not ma' job its there job and they they should well know how to solve this , instead of denying to repair it...

Dear friends, I would like to share my experience with you. I bought a Nokia C5-03 on 22nd April, 2011 but unfortunately the touch panel of the set stop working from 16th June, 2011. So I submitted my handset to the Nokia care (Barrackpore, West Bengal) On 17th June, 2011 & after receiving the handset they estimated my delivery date as within 7-10 days. But after 10 days when I asked them, they said, "the spare parts for my hand-set is not available but we expect to repair the hand-set within next week". After 1 week when I called them again the said the same thing...Now It's 16th July, 2011 & just about 1 month from the submitting date of my handset & still I don't know when it will be repaired...So if it repaired today (which as per my opinion is nothing but a day dream) still it will take 1 month of 12 months warranty...

SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY A NOKIA HANDSET...

My name is Ravi and my email is savrose@operamail.com Nokia service center khanna has converted my new n8 into scrap in 1 month.First they said my mobile is damaged due to water.There was no chance of damage by water because it was just restarting only.Then they took rs.4800 for repair then again took rs. 1300 for changing sim tray.There was no problem of sim.After my complaint no nokia authorities contacted me.They just sent me mail that i should talk again with nokia service center.Ok service center person told me that he will change my whole hardware with other n8 set.I dont know whose set was that.They gave me set but it had problem of camera and mass memory.Camera was unable to open and i was unable to use mass memory.They stopped to listen my phone calls.After many visits the person met me who gave threat that take your old phone and money and get out.They changed my main parts of mobile and made it dead.Just after 2 months of buying.The only problem was of restarting.These nokia teams do nothing against complaints.I request every one not to buy nokia phone.These people are liers.They did nothing and suggested me to meet that person again who damaged my set.Loathsome

I have purchased new mobile c2-02 yesterday from mobile store in mangalore... Now i have a issue with that mobile... If i call from other mobile to c2-02 mobile it will get ring sound.... only vibrating occurs... after i cut the call from other mobile it gets ringing... whats the problem actually...? Do you provide these kind of bad handsets to customers..

If this problem is not solved then again i never going to buy the nokia products...
