Sir, I purchased this handset about 3 months back and since then i am facing problem. I got my cell's software updated 3-4 times which didn't work at all then i asked them to replace they say we are trying and trying. please do something.

Sir i want my whole money back from the company and nothing this is cheating i want just my money back and nothing. I approached you so that you can help me please help. please do something fast. Since i have purchased my cell it is with nokia care maximum time till now i am not even aware about its feature. please call to nokia care of my town ramgarh cantt, jharkhand at 06553-231178 and ask them to bring my money back from the company.
