I personally want to register a complain against NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE. Previous time when i visited a customer care in rabindra sadan(kolkata) with my battery backup problem, they changed my battery. Now again the same problem is happening, but when i went there they said they havent changed my battery. They have cheated me with my battery.
