Nokia Mobile X3-02

I purchased a Nokia X3-02 dark metal handset, with IMEI 357387043430651 on May 5, 2011. By the end of Aug 2011, the touch screen was not responding, and on checking at the Mobile Store where it was purchased, he advised me to take it to the Nokia Service Centre. After persuading him to take the ownership of getting the problem checked, finally, my handset was returned by mid September 2011, after replacing the touch screen, which he confirmed had failed. Now, the same problem is recurring. My touch screen fails to respond, and using the phone is a big problem. Also noticed parellely, the following problems - the audio speaker of the phone is not working properly, and hearing the person speaking at the other end is a test of patience. The phone is also supposed to have a 5 MP camera, whereas the picture quality puts a 1 MP camera to shame.

When I go back to the store, I understand that Nokia has now withdrawn this model, declaring the same to be a failure. Then what about users like me, who believe brand Nokia and invest good money in buying these models. How many times do I keep surrendering the phone for repairs and wait till the good old brand replaces some part and returns the phone.

Does Nokia not have any care for its customers?
