Hello,

I am peeyush from Noida and want to register complain against Nokia as they cheated me with their brand new cell Nokia X3 and within 1 month from date of purchase, software has been corrupted twice. basically I am facing two problems simultaneously one is software related and another is battery back up. I have visited Nokia care Noida twice for the same but they did not get it resolved. I am surprised how they can do this to their customer. Now I want workaround asap.
Please take appropriate action against Nokia.
