Dear Sir/Madam

I am customer having Nokia X3 handset having EMEI no- 354865043637170 and which was submitted at Infocare Nokia Care Centre ,Faizabad Road Lucknow .I submitted my mobile on 22/12/2011 for "Keypad Problems".The reaction which i observed while i visited the centre was -

1) Most of the representaive over there were emphasizing on "Extending Warranty".The first thing which they spoke to me wihtout bothering my problem was to extend my mobile warranty.It shows the unethical marketing practices followed by Nokia Care Representatives.



2) Anyhow i submitted my mobile whose warranty was about to expire in end of December'2011.Mobile was submitted on 22/12/2011 and was returned to me on 26/12/2011 .The mobile after few hours again stopped working.



3) On my next visit to the same Nokia Care Centre they told me that my warranty is expired and did not entertained my Complain.In the manwhile they called me saying that my warranty is upto Feb'2012.



4) Every time they had provided incorrect information about my set.



5) I somehow had an agruement with the representatives over there and compelled them to submit my phone.They asked for bill of handset.I was not having bill at that moment so they didn't submiited my mobile on my consistent plea.



6) I again submitted the phone with bill .But, they checked the mobile and said that its being tampered and there islocal display in my cell phone and denied to take my cellphone.



Sir, i am feeling frustrated and cheated by Nokia Care and feel a foul play over here .I am assured that this people have changed my display and may be other gadgets of my mobile.

Kindly , help me in this regard , i am also going to pursue the matter to District Consumer Forum ,Lucknow.

I wan't that these people do not repeat the same with any other customer .
