Dear Sir/Mam,

I purchase my Nokia X6 Mobile from Nokia Priority on 24th Dec. 2010. But on oct. 2011 i got battery overheating and mobile auto restart problem. I took it to the Nokia Care (in Shreejee Enterprises ,Rajnagar, Ghaziabad), they gave my phone after two days, again i got same problem in phone after two days. I complaint again to that nokia care, they said they will send this phone to company and it will take 7 days. I left my phone there for one week.After one week i went for taking my phone, but now i got New problem in it (screen Display tint is Yellow), they said this is problem of theme, i told them to change the theme and i want display color should be original and not yellow. They were unable to solve my query and ask me for send this phone to company again. i told them yes. After one week i reached to nokia care and check my hand set ,my problem was not solved. i tell them that display is not correct but they were not believing on my words. Then one customer come to them with nokia x6 phone, i took his phone and show to Miss shivani who is head of that nokia care for comparing those phone display. She become agree with my words and assured me to solve my problem by sending this phone again to company. on 1 Dec 2011 to went to nokia care to receive my phone,but problem again remains same.They didn't check my phone. and told me there is no problem with handset company is making that display your problem cannot be solved, i again make comparison in front of them, but they were not ready to listen.

I had a problem with battery heating, but they didn't change the battery and Made another problem in my phone.

They refused to change or repairing my phone.
