I purchased a Nokia Phone (Model: X6 8gb, IMEI #354855043361186) on 09-01-2011. One day, I found that Bluetooth device and Radio were not working in my phone. I went to Hotline Communications (Nokia Care-Karol Bagh) to get it repaired. After checking it, they submitted my phone and gave me a job sheet and told me that It would take one week to repair. After one week, I received a call from Nokia Care to receive my phone as it was repaired. when I went there, they gave me nokia c-6 instead of my x-6 model. I asked them for reason behind it they told me that my phone was not repairable now. when i denied to take it they told me that i have to wait for 2-3 weeks. after one week they gave me new one Nokia x-6(IMEI# for new x6:353422046711056) but there was also a problem in that phone. I again went there, they again submitted my phone and again same, they told me that it would take 1-2 weeks and my job sheet no is 104433527/111209/27. I came to know that there was problem with this phone so company stopped the production. please suggest and help what should I do now?
