With due respect finally i have to write this message to you.

I have brought a Handset of T20 coolpad on 01 Aug 2011 from Relaince World, Near Fountain,Churchgate.

RSN/ESN Number-RCPHSC020005263.

After using almost a month the loud speaker got defective due to which i have returned to Reliance World shop for rectification on 06 Oct 11.

Howevr, the handset was not rectified till date.Since there was not positive responds from Reliance World I thought that by bringing notice, you might resolve my problem. The handset was critical as i am using CDMA Reliance Sim card.
