Dear Sir,
Myself Nilesh Ganesh Ajgaonkar. I have ordered purchase of Mobile Phone model Boss e Phone 3300 through Naaptol. Order No. is 353245 Dt. 01.05.2010. I received delivery of said mobile phone on 4th May, 2010 at 5.25pm.
My Instrument has got Screen Display problem. 4th May, 2010- after inserting SIM card and Battery Two Horizontal White Lines appeared on screen. on 5th May, 2010 Three Horizontal White Lines appeared on screen. Now nearabout 8 Horizontal lines appeared and 1 verticle line is ther. These lines are permanant, while going any menu.
I called to customer support department on 9223516148 on 5th May, 2010. Representative (Customer support executive) asked me to go and visit at Mobile Service Centre, if they asked for service, don't give piece for servicing, call us back. I called back to Mr. Sayyed Shaibad on 5th May, 2010, he told me that, you will received call from our office within 48 hours and they will give address for which you have to courier above said defective piece.

I feel very sad about this, new mobile phone getting this trouble in just two days!!
I mailed to which I sent on 5th May, 2010. As on date I didn't receive any reply against this mail. Even I didn't get any call from Naaptol side.
Every time I called, I got reply that System is down, call after half an hour.
Till now I spoke with five different persons namely -
1) Mr. Sayeed Shaibad
2) Anil Ghode
3) Lalit Nalawade
4) Sabin Shekh
5) Forgot name - one lady.
I am waiting for favourable reply. If you need any more details from my side, please feel free to call me.
