Respected Sir/madam,

I have purchased NOKIA 5310 Express music in May'10.I had to turn up to NOKIA CARE (11th Cross,Malleswaram) on 12th,May'10 as there was a H/W problem with this hand set.My hand set is under warrenty and job sheet no:5504.I had given my handset at the above mentioned NOKIA CARE centre.After a week the problem was solved but they have missed the original battery.When I complained the same,They promised me that the battery replacement will be done with in 2 working days.But its been 15days passed away and they have not keen to the promises they made to customers.Every time I have to keep call them/visit the NOKIA CARE leaving all my works.

Am really unhappy by the service they have provided.Please do something needful and let me know what should I do to get my battery.
