I have already sent a mail regarding the service issue to LG service on 28th July, 2010 but till date i havn't received any revert/ solution to the email. kindly help to resolve

Dear Concerned,
Since last 9 (NINE) years i have been using NOKIA mobiles, but this time i choose LG for the very first time to have better experience of product & service on my own risk.
So I bought LG Mobile Model Arena KM 900 on 31st May,2010 (product no. 352154038054234).
Unfortunately after using mobile for near about One Month, suddenly its power had gone and i tried to switch on the mobile but could not do so. At that time i felt upset and was thinking about my decision whether it was prudent to have a LG Mobile.
I somehow managed to have address of LG Service Centre and given my mobile to Bee Ess Aar Communication,Ambala Cantt on 14th July,2010 vide Receipt No. R140710009 and it was reported by the centre that there is some moisture/ water in the mobile and they forced my brother Mr. Prince who went to centre to accept that there is moisture/ water in the mobile, only then they will repair the mobile. Why we can accept a fault which is actually not there in the mobile. Can water/ moisture automatically went into mobile by using it only or had I put my mobile into a WATER BUCKET. Now , i started to loose my confidence on LG.
But because i had good image of LG in my mind, i contacted customer care on 23rd July, 2010 at 8:10 pm , SOLUTE TO MY LUCK i came to know that mobile deptt. functions for 8 to 8 only.
Then I tried on 24th July, 2010 at 9:10 am and executive Mr. Puneet hold the call for about 10 minutes and gave response that "All executives in mobile section are busy, please call after some time". Then i again tried in the evening at 7:10 pm executive Mr. Amit hold the call for some time and gave response that "All executives in mobile section are busy, please call after some time". Still i had not lost my conscious and tried again after some time and then executive Mr. Vikas finally able to transfer my call to Mobile Section and i had a word with Mr. Rajeev in mobile section & got mobile no. of Mr. Nitin (9991090267) (presented by customer care as Branch Manager). I tried at given no. at 7:36 pm but no. was out of service.
Again tried Mr. Nitin on 25th & 26th July,2010 many times but got same message "No. is out of Service"
Badi mushkil se khud ko sambhalne ke baad, i again called up customer care on 26th July,2010 at around 7:50 pm in the evening and got no. of Mr. Vishal (9312631253) (presented by customer care as Director) and i tried at the given no. at 8:14 pm but got a message "NOT AVAILABLE"
Then i called back customer care and talked with executive Mr. Raman to get email ID of some senior authority, but he hold the line for some time & disconnected the line without any reply.
Again called back customer care and talked with executive Mr. Naveen, same history repeated, he hold the line for some time & disconnected the line without any reply.
At this moment i felt that i am struggling and only i can feel the heat of fire not anyone, because unfortunately i decided to buy LG Mobile.
Then i called back customer care & had a word with Mr. Kamal, but he was not able to even provide me any mobile no. / email id of any senior official in front of whom i can weep.
On 27th July, 2010, at 12:14 noon i tried Mr. Vishal (presented by customer care as Director), fortunately it was ringing but nobody has picked up the phone. I again tried at 1:30 pm again it was ringing but got nobody has picked up the phone. Then i tried at 2:52 pm and finally Mr. Vishal (presented by customer care as Director) has rejected the call and not even tried to call back if a person is calling again & again, there might be some product/ service issue of LG Customer. But who bothers & who has time to think this.
Today is 28th and no response from any of the concerned.
Now i want to ask -
i) Am i FOOL who had bought LG product ?
ii) If bought LG product, why i tried to trust on LG Service ?
iii) whether i was right to try to contact again & again to customer care & representative of company in spite to going directly to some consumer forum ?
iv) Could i ask from M/s Bee Ess Aar Communication the status of R140710009 Dt. 14th July, 2010
v) why company provides mobiles to executive who dont' even bother to attend the call/ revert back to the call ?
vi) where is the thing "Life's Good" in your service, here LG has made my life "The Hell"
Now at the end i would like to request to buy back my mobile LG KM 900 and refund back my money (as at this very crucial stage after experience of such pathetic service/ response, i dont' want to continue with LG)
I again started using my Nokia Mobile which i bought two years back and i am very much happy continue with Nokia Mobile.
Anticipation of earliest & satisfied revert please.
