i am somil jain from jabalpur.i have bought my handset spice-m5252 past 6-7 months
i have checked all the details and features of mobile which were given by the company on their booklets,manual book and official website of mobile.after 2-3 days of buying the handset i realised that many features which were given by the company were not working.1 of them are VIDEO PLAYBACK in company manual book and booklets two video formats were given that should run 3gp and avi. but both of them were not working in this regard i contact in jabalpur customer care of spice they said no videos would run on this handset this is message from the company and sent me back to home..but this is totally default and fraud of the company they had write something else in there book so please tell me what action could i take please help me to fight with these type of fraudelent companies.
