I have complaint for my hand set as a low sound vide complaint no. H2720 on 04.07.2010 and a hand set change on 06.07.2010 but this set are already dead. Further complaint on 06.07.2010 vide complaint no. H4060.

My question are people who employed for rectification/maintain the faulty hand set, what is their responsibility ? Also who serve these set, they have not any responsibility to check the same ?

We are customer, why suffer these irresponsible system in your department ? We are paying you every month as rent etc.

Please look in to the matter and do the needful.
