Respected Sir/Madam,
I have submitted my Samsung Mobile SGH-J800 at Bharat Communication BG-20, Ground Floor, R.G. Complex, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Paharganj, New Delhi -55 on 01 May 2010 under warranty for Camera problem. They asked for 10 days time to get spare from company , as I visited after 10 days they told me that they have not yet received the spare , it will take another two days . Again after two days they told me that it is not camera fault but due to motherboard problem, so it will take a week to get motherboard, again visited and asked the situation they told it is not a motherboard problem it is LCD defect so , wait for another 10 days . I told him that if motherboard or LCD problem persist the other functions of the set should also be disturbed, they replied that it is technical matter. In between this matter repeatedly informed to customer care centre and Mr. Sumeet sethi but nobody has turned down towards this matter and the service centre has taken own time and returned my set on 31 May 10 at 1930 hrs unrepaired. That time I have checked that front camera was not working, some scratched has taken place and nothing has been replaced, the rear camera was working, but after two hours the same problem with camera observed. The battery also getting discharged after 4 hours only. I have tried full day to contact service centre (telephone 43581810) on 01 Jun 10 but remain without result, at last I visited to the service centre in evening and meet Mr. Bharat the owner of service centre, He given me the address of Samsung Plaza at Kalkaji and told to meet Mr. Mukesh there and shown inability to repair my set. He also not given any certificate in this regard and told that all information will be available online. I felt that I have committed a sin got purchase a Samsung mobile
