I ordered a mobile i.e. Htc imagio from bigadda shopping on 20/07/2011 and order number is 100010816 for rs.8558,payment method was netbanking/Debit card.It was going good but suddenly on 16/09/2011 I encountered a software problem and the phone does not start at all,for which I immediately complained the relince bigadda.They took the complain on same day and in response they assured me for the solution of the same by replacing the product.They said that the product would be picked up from my home within 10 days and it would be delivered within next 10 days from the date of pick up.But still it has not yet been picked up.And I had called the bigadda atleast 12-15times at the gap of every 2-3days from the complain date till today,and each time my conversation goes to a minimum time of 10 minutes,and each call is chargeable,so in this process it even took 100-110 rupees balance.But the main problems I am facing are too many problems from my work and even my family pressures due to absence of mobile phone and large investment in it.Till today when I contact them,each and every time they give the same answer regarding problem that it would be picked up within this week.Even today I got the same answer that it would be picked up till wednesday,till today the phone does not start,and it is lying in corner at my house.Now I am tired up of this,please help me...
