Dear sir,

This to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a RELIANCE CDMA - CLASSIC SET 206 bill dated 14/12/2009 ,with one year warranty from the company. I discovered that I had problem in receiving and sending HINDI Messages .This I informed to your teleoperator,after understanding the problem he adviced me to contact the Authorised Reliance Service Center.

The group of service center personnel sent me to the reliance customercare and the reliance customer care sent me again to the service center.
After wasting a lot of time and energy and money, my problem is not solved and they neigther take the responsibility nor they give in writing that they deny to do so.
According to them that the company has adviced to not render the service for the same as the warranty is not applicable.

In a nut shell ,I have visited them 5-6 times as they have called me and I feel that they think by harassing me in this manner I would quit the matter .

As the warranty is valid upto 14/12/2010, it is requested to kindly to replace this instruement or repair it, within a week failing which I will be compelled to approach the consumer court .

Kindly look into this matter for hasslefree solution..
