i have purchased a nokia 3110 c phone from neelkanth, shop no. 3793, chowk tel mandi, opp., new delhi rly station, pahar ganj, new delhi-110055 on 21.05.2009 and two month before i have deposit my handset to nokia customer care cell at f-12, goel market, new delhi to rectify the problem.

Customer care executive return my handset with ok report after 10 days. But after 2-3 days i again deposit the same handset due to heating problem. Customer care executive returned my set again after 7 days with report that complaint has been rectified. But actully my complaint was not rectified. I requested to manager to solve my problem but they did not listen my complaint and asked me to collect handset with satisfaction.


Sir, therefore i request you to kindly lookinto this matter and direct the concerned officer to replace my nokia mobile handset 3110 c
