i have seen advertisement of this mobile product in divya bhaskar news paper and i booked this mobile,then they dispatched on 26/04/2010.before delivery they charged Rs.3999/- plus other charges Rs.200/- that is mobile cost is Rs.4199/-.after spend this amount for purchasing mobile N5800 xpress music phone.there is some problem in this mobile the both batteries are not working properly.till date after spending 4199/-for above product i am not using thia product.i was complained four times and talk with khatifa shaikh,savita,anil,nilesh but we was no proper answer for my complain.
that i am complain for this urgent matter i am comlain in your online website.
