I purchased a mobile phone Rocker Star Mobile phone from acetel shope .I feel many problems from first day of purchase .I was go to the office Chitranjan Park New Delhi But my problems are still there .Many times complaint in cust. care,By phone in office and send many e mails ,But nobody interested in me. I send a mobile phone by courrier in office in month of july, They send my back after one month but phone was not work,They not send the charger na d USB data cable,my phone s back cover was changed by old cover the cover was loose and not fitted properly.
Iam very fedup.
Please tell me what to do.
