Dear Team,

I have purchased Samsung B 3410 on June 12,2010. Since then it has been hanged 3 times , Even i have to pay rupees 450 in Kalkaji Customer care when first time my phone was got hanged & even they did not provide me any bill.

After that my phone again got hanged & now its 3 rd time. After that I am chasing samsung everyday , but they all in vain .

I am got sick from Samsung Service . I need replacement , please help me out .
