Dear sir,
This is to inform you that i had bought a mobile handset(samsung chat527) Rs. 5750/- from TELEPHONE POINT, 124/M/10, (NATRAJ CINEMA), Govind nagar, Kanpur-202006 (U.P) on dated 30/12/11 but after 15 days a problem arose that its incoming voice speaker was not working so i gave it back to mobile shop on 25/01/2012 and they refereed it to service center on 27/01/2012 and said next day i shall give it back to you but the 5 days passed no work progress in it and now they said that i need at least 5 to 6 days more because i have no parts of this mobile hand set. Even i have written online complain to SAMSUNG costumer care but no result at all. please help me what should i do Without mobile its not easy to pass a day. Please do the needful i shall be very thankfull to you.
