I have Samsung corby pro GT B5310 mobile, I was using it for Internet browsing, few days ago I started using communication purpose, during communication front receiver speaker stop working, rear speaker was working, I went to Samsung service centre, show them problem of front speaker, they have ****yse phone, given charges INR 400 for service and INR 584 for belt, after four days went to collect mobile, everything was working including LCD and touchpad but they gave me mobile with faulty "call key", I show it them, they ask me to wait for two minut for problem solution, after few minut they come to me and said, LCD, touchpad and keypad is faulty we need to change it, even it was working before few minut and even when I gave them for repairing. They did not listen to me, I had no any other option because phone was become scrape if I denie for repairing, and if I give for repairing, I have to pay INR 3017( 400 service charge + 584 belt + 881 touchpad + 1152 LCD). After some request they agreed to give me 15% discount in value of INR 3017.
I gave again for repairing date 4 feb 2012 because I have no option, they fraud me.

Samsung customer complain no. 8439615981 dated 4 feb 2012.
They call me on 7 feb 2012 for delivery,
Please advise me how to deal with such fraud.
I request you to prevent people from malpractice, stop such service centre, otherwise put CCTV camera for working hours recording to stop fraud.
