we had a very bad experience with samsung service center people (near city center, kolkata)recently .i had taken my 4 month old galaxy ace to these service center people for a simple problem..one of the guy suggested that the problem would be fixed once its upgraded from 2.2 android version to 2.3 version..and i blindly agreed..they asked to keep the handset for a week's time..but later wen i collected my handset few other problems creeped in like market applications were not downloading and the problem for which i had given the handset was also not properly solved..i again took the phone to them..they said may be some file was corrupt and the up-gradation did not happen properly and again i was asked to submit the phone for a day..but even this time the problem was not solved..this time when i told the problem they started misbehaving and blaming us saying the problem is with the phone operator (reliance smart in my case).
After long arguments and also interaction with the manager we came to a conclusion that we would submit the handset for the last time with lot of trust but again we were disappointed. This time it was the limit..the basic functions of phone was not happening..even calling is a problem..a phone which costed me around rs13500 is not able to make a call??..this is what the service center has transformed my phone into..i would like to know if there is any way out that i get my phone replaced!!!...
My previous phone was Nokia and i have been to service centers many times but i have never had such bad experience..we consumers buy such expensive handsets but there is no value for money..and wen we have some problem these service center people add on our problems instead of solving it..
nothing more to say..but a very bad experience
