Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am sorry to inform you that I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Ace model No. GT-S5830 on November 19, 2011.

After going through the set and confirmation from Mr. Anil Yadav of Samsung Customer care, Noida, I came to know that there is no video call facility in this phone.

The Tech specification of this handset as available with website is reproduced bellow:

Battery life:
1,350mAh Standard Battery Capacity
2G: Up to 660 min, 3G: Up to 390 min Talk Time
Up to 640Hr (2G), up to 420Hr (3G) Standard Standby time.

As per technical specification, Handset sounding good to fulfill the 3G Talk time- upto 390 min i.e. more than six hours and standard standby time – upto 420 Hr i.e. more than 15 days, which is on paper (refer attached .pdf file).

The battery backup is very poor, even not lasted for the day, which I’ve experienced. In general 3G talk times make impression about the video call, which is frivolous.

Keeping in view of the above, you are requested to advise samsung team to take back the said handset and refund the purchase amount of the same.
