    Default Samsung Galaxy GT I9103

A piece of advice and real time experience with Samsung Product : Please see the mail transcipt over the last few weeks that we had with the country service head and the way Samsung deals with their customers once they sell out their product. We will have to stick with their crap as they don't have replacement policy and no so called service......They just would come up with a mail stating that regret the inconvenience caused and do nothing about it ....

subject: Product Issue Samsung Galaxy I9103
    Hi Sir,

I had great faith in the Sumsung product and service before I bought one Samsung Galaxy R(GT-I9103) from exclusive Sumsung Store(Ojas Sales Pvt. Ltd), Bangalore. (Invoice No. 4687)
I bought it on 8-01-2012 and on 16-01-2012 I started getting problem with the handset. I wasn't getting incoming and outgoing sound, though I could hear, when on speaker mode.
I went to the Samsung BTM service service and got it rectified. But they kept the phone for 4 days citing unavailability of the spare parts. Finally I got my phone on Friday 20th and was happy that this was a minor fault.
But the same fault have appeared again today. When I called the store that I want a replacement and I won't be running after service center, they straight away denied that, citing reason that once it goes to a service center, we cann't replace them.
I don't understand, when all store are authorized and monitored under Samsung, why I cann't get a replacement. Had this issue been a single instance, I could have managed with the service.
Please let me know, If I can get any help from your end.
    Thannks,
    vivek.

    Hi Mr Myeong,

I don't how I should explain this. After your mail on 25th Jan, I received 2 calls from Samsung customer care, all of them suggesting to visit the local service center, and meet the service manager Mr Sathish. In these two days I experienced a strange problem with the handset. The incoming and outgoing sound and the music player sound, came back for some time and again went off. Then I experienced the same thing today morning as well.
By the time I reached Samsung service center, I was getting the incoming and outgoing sound. So I was unable to reproduce the issue. The service manager asked me wait for some time till they identify the issue. And after half an hour of wait, he came with the phone, and the replaced hands free jack set, without my knowledge. I was able to figure this, though he kept telling me that he has not replaced the same.
Anyways I have understood that If I buy a samsung product, and it turns out faulty, you have bear with it, because Samsung does not have a policy to replace their crap and thank you for statement "total commitment towards satisfaction as a Valued Samsung Customer". Now I have realized what it meant.

    Thanks,
    vivek.

    Dear Mr Myeong,

I again faced the same problem with my handset, and produced it before the Service center, I have been running to all this while. They also have no answer but now they are saying that handfree might be faulty.
I don't wanted a automated reply from your side, but atleast let me know If I can get this issue resolved or not, or else I will sell it somewhere and wash my hands off with this problem.
Thanks for empathizing with my concerns each time I share my sufferings with you, but I don't see much action.

    Regards,
    vivek.
