This is to notify that I am Sanjay Sharma, once a keen customer of your brand especially, you’re mobile. This is the first mobile that I bought from your brand and this is the worst experience I have ever had of a mobile brand. On 16/12/2011, I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone (SAMSUNG GALAXY POP GT-S5570) from the dealer. After purchasing the phone 2 day after the purchase I just change my simcard in the Samsung phone and when I turn the phone on it shows only logo of the Samsung and not processing further it shows only the logo of Samsung on the screen and whole screen is blank.
When I went to the Samsung service center Known as (Zain Telecom) which is located at G-2, Center point Bld. Makwane Lane. Mumbai-400059. I said to the service center I want my phone to be replace I don’t want to be repair they said that for this purpose you have to submit the whole kit which you received with this phone. I have submitted whole kit what I have received with phone only missing in this is a (WHITE COLOUR of container on which the phone is kept inside the box). Service center is asking for that white colour container, which of no sense to ask for the container which is small piece of card board they are saying please mail the problem to customer support if they will say we will replace it same
Sumsung is a such a huge brand but just because of one paper container they are not replacing the mobile, which is nothing do with mobile. I was really disappointed with such condition.
