Default Samsung Galaxy S I9000 Faulty Mobile Phone

    Dear Sir,

On 1st October I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S I9000 mobile phone from a phone shop. The IMEI number is 358001/04/375022/9.

This phone has highly unclear muffled sound at the opposite end which is very annoying for long conversations. I sent a mail to Samsung on 3rd October about the problem. They informed me to contact their customer care. Customer care checked the phone and found it faulty. They have given me in writing that phone is faulty.

On 17th September I had purchased same phone from Flipkart (Flipkart order number OD10916100206). This phone had a similar problem and I requested them to take it back, which they did.

On consecutive purchases of same phone there is same problem. I think this product itself is faulty.

I want my full money back for this defective product. But despite repeated requests to Samsung through emails, they are not giving any concrete reply that when will I get my money back for their defective product.

Please advice how to go about it.

    Thanking you,

    With warm regards,

    Devang

    Default Faulty Reliance TAB

    Dear Sir / Madam

I had purchased a RELIANCE3GTABZTV9C (RELIANCE 3G TAB) on 19th Jan 2012 from RELIANCE WORLD - PRABHADEVI invoice no 1107190575 for amount 12999/-.
From next day 20th jan 2012 the 3g tab was not functioning as its power button was not working properly. So i took the 3g tab to the RELIANCE WORLD - PRABHADEVI the sales person told me that "use for some days it will be OK". But i face the problem every time. I took the 3g tab again on 24th jan 2012 to the RELIANCE WORLD - PRABHADEVI then the sales person gave me the address of the service center. I have given the 3g tab for replacement to reliance service center ADONIS ELECTRONIC PVT LTD at vashi on 25 jan 2012. But RELIANCE is not ready to replace the 3g tab, they are repairing and giving the same. If the 3g tab malfunction started from just next day that is on 20th jan 2012 so it should be manufacturing fault, but they are not ready to accept the same. I have spend 12999/- not for a faulty 3g tab. Requesting you to please help me out in this matter.
