Dear sir,
this is bring to your kind notice that this is second time i am lodging complain against samsung mobile.
i bought a handset on 13th of nov '11 after 2 days net stopped working ,after two days its starts hanging,then after one week the camera of the phone stopped working, the screentouch is also not working properly,and last but not the least charger of the phone got melt. when i contactacted to samsung guy they are saying to just repair the phone and blaming me for each and every thing. its seems that i have committed a crime by purchasing this phone.i am getting harrass mentally very badly. after spending 23000 rupees its feels very bd and bad even i dont have word to say how i am going trough these days. if there is one problem with the phone i understand but there is many problem with the handset.
its my humble request to you please do the needful.
