    Default Samsung Galaxy S2 - i9100

    Hi,

This complain is in reference to Samsung's disregard and lack of support for Galaxy S2 i9100 users in India.

While all over the world, Android has launched updates to remove bugs from its 2.3.3 OS, Samsung India has not rolled-out those upgrades to its S2 i9100 users. Moreover, on speaking to the companies' customer service representatives, I was told that Samsung WILL NOT support any upgrades in the country.

Second, the customer care person also mentioned that if I wanted OS upgrades, I would have to visit a customer care center, where I WILL be charged for upgrading my phone. These OS upgrades are supposed to be free.

I have complained to Samsung numerous times, but my pleas go on deaf ears. I feel that I have been cheated as material facts about the product were not completely disclosed to me, while I was purchasing the phone.

I Samsung had clearly stated upfront, its intention to not support i9100 in India, I would have never bought the phone. The phone was sold to me under false pretences and promises by Samsung salesperson at a Samsung store.

I just hope my concerns do get addressed.
