sir,
i have bought samsung galaxy sII from reliance shop chennai on aug 15th 2011, after 3 month i had problem in it , so i went to samsung service centre in t.nagar they told that mother board is damaged and after 1 week they changed the same and return the mobile but still mobile screen and other things are not working. i felt very bad / regrett about this samsung product and within 3 month board is not working. i want my phone back in good condition or a new phone, kindly help to get these corrected.
