I bought samsung galaxy young s5360
i had previously submitted my samsung galaxy young phone on 3rd november 2011 at beecham electronics, 31 muncipal market, conn ought circus, new delhi
i do not have job sheet no. As it was taken back by the service center.

have been facing inconvenience since the day i bought this samsung
phone and could not use it even for single day.
I had submitted my handset at the samsung service center on 7th and then on 11th november {copy enclosed} and today after 16 days i am informed that we have replaced the board.
How can i accept the handset which is not even used for one day with such a condition. All the parts are almost changed......

This is absolutely not accepted from a company like samsung. The problem i am facing is very general in samsung gt-s5360. I myself have seen other suffering people with same problem in service center. Therefore all these samsung gt-s5360 are having the same problem as well as i read many people facing same problem in this forum as well.

I further request you to replace the handset without giving me further harassment. I have already suffered a lot since i bought this samsung handset.
I am willing to pay some extra and get a better handset {any samsung galaxy} if that can be a solution.
