i bought samsung gt-b5722 recently. by from 2 days i m facing one problem.........

whenever i tap on "MY FILES" it says "NOT ALLOWED"

i m not able to access my files on memory card or on phone memory.....

such a pain it is..........

can anybody help me...?? pls!!.....

I bought the samsung gt-b5722. when i wanted to delete the some contacts my mobile is asking for password but i didn't set the password till now. i tried four zeros and eight zeros still it is showing as wrong password. when i wanted to reset with the code. still it is asking the password. please suggest me what to do...........!

recently i brought gt -b5722 when i clear the all data in my mobile, while i apply reset option asking password but i don't the password please help me .................................................. ...................
