Respected Sir,
My name is Neha Chhabra and I am having complaint regarding Samsung mobile GT-S5620which was purchased on 30-aug,2010. Sir, I visited Samsung service centre (Nirmal Nagar,ludhiana,punjab) thrice regarding my mobile complaint that it is getting switched off automatically, restarting, get hanged, settings are changed after switching on again this mobile. They serviced my mobile thrice and now again I am facing the same problem.

But Sir, I had already visited thrice at the centre with the same problem (as mentioned above) but nothing has been done regarding that.

I also request them to replace my handset (GT-S5620) as what is the fun of purchasing new one, even after buying new one I have to repair it again and again and is facing unnecessary problems, but they are not listening to me.

Sir, please look in to this matter and respond as soon as possible.
