with due respect I state that I purchased a SAMSUNG GTS5560 handset on 10-04-2010 from Bansal Telecom. Jaitu - 151202, Distt. Faridkot (Punjab). I got some problem in Ringer and I gave it to Samsung Service Centre Faridkot (Royal Telecommunication, Faridkot) on dated 12-06-2010. They promised me to give back my handset within a week but till date I did not get my handset back. They are asking for Rs. 5000/-. Sometimes they say me that my handset is lost, sometimes they say it is given to somebody, sometimes they say the handset is sent to Ludhiana centre and sometimes they say my handset is sent to Delhi. Please give me a positive response about my handset within 48 hrs. otherwise I will have to take a legal action against the company. thereafter I will not be responsible, if a strict action is taken against the company. particulars of the mobile handset
