my name is vibhum mehrotra i had purchased a samsung mobile handset SGH-E 250i on 29/08/2009 from ganpati mobiles but from the date of purchase i am having problems in the handset i had given it to the service center of Samsung 2-3 times times and till date my problem is not solved and when i have given it once again to the service center they are saying that the warranty is not valid because the charging cap is on and i have not given my set anywhere other than Samsung service center anywhere else i had latest given my set in Kanpur to the service center of Samsung in Kanpur they replaced the main board and the slider but my problem is not solved till yet and now they are saying that the charging cap is on.I had made complaint in Samsung 3to4 months before and they have responded to my complaint recently and they told me to go the service centre
Sir i want my set to be changed because it is having many problems and there is no one to listen to the complaints
