Hope that writing this letter will fix my problem or not. But Still…

I have Samsung B 139 purchased on 14-Aug-2010 and on 12-Oct-2010 it stops functioning, I had taken it to service center located at Ramesh Nagar (JAYPEE Electronics, Authorised service center on Samsung) on 15-Oct-2010,they asked me to leave my handset and provided me one complaint job sheet reference number 1515510 hence I gave it to Authorized Service Center. But till date I didn’t get my phone back. Whenever I call the service Center they are saying that parts are not shipped and not giving the proper delivery date. Hence I called the Samsung Call Center at 30308282. I spoke to 4-5 different guys including couple of escalation representative, I didn’t get any proper response they simply saying call us after 4 days on each phone call made every 4 days. Not sure whether you guys are dragging my warranty period or wants my mobile phone or to keep it with the company????
