Dear Sir, I purchased Samsung S 8003 model mobile nick name samsung jet. It is clamed to be fastest processor and it is the main reason. But with in 7 months it became the slowest one and it hangs repeatedly. It stops working at any time. many time I cannot make any emergency calls. i contacted GNH telecom Sector 27, Noida, the autherised service center. They take 2 weeks and done nothing. problem remains the same, what they did just reset the phone thereby deleted all my contacts, removed the costly screenguard and returns the mobile phone. Samsung customer care don't care anything. After purchase it becames the consumer headache. Why should anybody bye a costly mobile of leading company. Local mobile are much better.
