Dear Sir,

I bought a Samsung Mobile B5722 0n 2nd April 2010 from Gurgaon. IMEI NO. 358576032566991.

I encountered a problem with the speaker of the phone and submitted it to Samsung service cemter, A3-4,Devi Place ,prem Naga, opp. Raj Cinema, Gurgaon on 31st Aug'10.

Which after numerous follow ups i got it back on 24th sept'10. But now its battery and bluetooth are not working properly, which i suspect have been changed.
I have tried calling Samsung personals but none picks the phone.

Kindly take appropriate action.
