    samsung star white touch screen not working for last one month i visited on samsung service center near sec 10 gurgaon. they said sir plese come after 7 days and u will get new touch screen but i m visited every week after seven days i asked to the service center manager mr. Ashraf then he told me that u have to be submit ur mobile hand set and at the time of my first visit service center executive told me sir u can take ur mobile handset with u we will tell u after seven days now my one month complete and i didn't received any touch screen i dont no why they r not taking me seriously.

    Hello Sir,
    I want to tell you that I purchase a samsung mobile Air Force Road, Dabua & Jawahar Colony on 14-09-10 form Bhagwati Communication. After two days the mobile screen is not working. When I went to the shop to replace the mobile the said to me that they can not replace. Then I went to the sumsung service center, Address Maa Durga Electronics, 5 B /BP. NIT, Faridabad. Now I want to that the consumer court take a action against them.

    Unhappy Problem regarding LCD Display of model S3500

    Respected sir,
    i am very disappointed from the service provided by ur customer care.I am a tech student from nit srinagar.I have a model of samsung metro S3500 .BUT It started showing problem in 1 year only.Its Keypad has become functionless,n LCD display is not working.Whenever i plug in my charger only black screen appears.Dis problem is not only with myself but also with my all other batchmates who have same model.From dis one can easily predict how long da mobile phone will last.
    I only want to know the answer tat wether my mobile phone wil work like previously or not.The situation is so worse in kashmir that it is not possible to go everyday at LAL Chowk SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE.Sir please pay attention to my letter just give me a reply wether i hung over the same model or i should purchase a new one.

    Hi,
    I've got a samsung jet since last September and must say that I'm not at all pleased with it (and I can't afford a new mobile so I'm stuck with it).
    In fact the problem is not the Jet as its hardware is quite good but it's its really crappy OS and the fact you don't support your customers.
    The samsung OS sucks, you can't easily add new softwares (and when you can it's just java softwares wich are quite limited), no official updates via nps (you can update your jet firmware but you need to go on special forums to find out how to do it at your own risks).
    So as you don't care about your jet customers, could you release an update so that android would run on the jet as apparently the new samsung OS, bada, can't run on the jet hardware (do you think we're that stupid).
    People are already trying to run andoid on the jet, you should give them a hand if you don't want to do it yourself.
    And don't tell me that the jet hardware can't run android as it's perfectly capable of it (as for bada in fact).
    You should go on other S8000 forums and see how many customers are angry against you and your lack of support. Loads of people won't buy a new samsung mobile when they'll change their Jets and it's because of your attitude.
    So just once, do something right for jet customers and release android on the S8000, it would be nice.

    repied by the customer care , abou the parts not availabe .it should not be expected from the co like samsung that the part not availabe as it is not a local co .

    after visiting the services center it has been seen that the there is huge line over there that mean there is alot problems in the mobile of the samsung Co.

    like a good market in india it should not be expecting that the customers are suffering alot with the samsung mobile .in future if not caring samsung will definatly loose customers from india .

    sir,
    l have recently purchased a SAMSUNG METRO GT S3310i. it has no application available. still it supports java. but its counterpart SAMSUNG METRO GT S3310, supports almost all software. why this?? also the photos taken with 1600*1200 resolution is not getting(saving). some black mark is coming on the screen while we take photo. also it is not possible to download any kind of file from internet on phone. please help

    hi support team,

    i bought the cell 3 months back after two month the network not shown then i checked the samsung serrvice center
    they checked everything then said motherboard problem need to replace then i said k.

    the service person tell once receive the mother board will call back. after i didnt received any call from
    service person

    then i called the person he said motherboard received , the next day i handedover to service center this was happened 30/10/10. then the person said u will come & collect on 03/11/10.

    i called twice and confirm the service person he said ready. i reached service center at 6 O'clock and asked they said the mobile is not ready

    after he said u will come & collect 8/11/10 then i called the service person 2O'clock he said still the mobile not ready we required 4 more days i,e comming thursday 11/11/10.i thought the guys are doing R &D

    i dont understand what kind of support ur given to customer.

    Its been a month i have bought Galaxy5 GT-I5503 and since day three i am facing problems with standby time of my phone. More than 20 mails to Samsung support, at least 30 calls to Mobile Technical support , two visits to Service Center and numerous callbacks but the state of problem still remains the same. The call automatically gets resolved and thereafter starts a new episode. Below are some of the service requests histories:

    this to inform the company that when i went to ur company service center in Ameerpet. It was really a very dis pleasuring situation when they were not accepting the company guarantee card. when i gave previously they said my mother board was bad and they had to replace iit , than when i went today they r saying the same thing that i have to replace my mother board and company warranty card is not accepted, they said the rules have changed from this year. my mobile no is 988072976

    this is to inform you that i have given my handset for service on 19october 2010, which i have bought on 20 july 2010, at my nearest samgsung service centre at ASMIT'S 19,(11/C/1), GHOSAL PARA, NABAGRAM SERAMPORE, HOOGHLY 712203. it had manufacturing defect, so they said it will get replaced. bt, more than 2 months have passed, and i am not getting any newz about my handset, everytime am going, am coming back with least hope.

    i have purchased Samsung Corby Plus on August 2010 from the date of purchase the mobile gave problems.When I approched your Service station which is situated at Lashkar Bazar, Hanamkonda Warangal, A.P the executive informed that their is problem in the mobile hand he will rectify within a week after two weeks when I inquired he said that their is problem and he said that they will return my amount as their is problem in the speaker and etc
    And after some days he said that he will return the amount (ie) on 05.10.2010
    STILL NOW I have not even got the amount more over the service center is closed from (15) days

    So please refund my amount as I have taken the other mobile of your company
