    sir,

    I purchased a Samsung mobile phone s5233 full touchscreen last November (2010). Just after 6 months the outer nickle casing around the screen is chipping off. On contacting the service center at Varanasi no any amicable solution was done rather asked me to get the casing replaced on cost. I am sure that this is a manufacturing defect which may replaced immediately so that the faith in you sustains in future. A solution to this may be posted on my email as given in registration form.

    Awaiting a quick and a positive reply.

    sir, i bought a new mobile Samsung wave 2 on 5/10/11 i was having gprs active and wi-fi as well still i was un able to connect GPS i went to service station they told there is defect the re pack it and i replaced with a new wave 2 , then on the same day of purchase in another wave 2 same problem re occur but this time there was a defect in display as well, a green line is displayed in between, i am realy fed of the service i complaint many time but no response plz tell me what to do.. i am really disappointed

    Arrow Service is very bad in Anna nagar

    I have placed an order for Keypad. My jobcard no 4120043048 dated 21/9/11. the issueing date they
    have given 3 days. After the issuing date I went to office nearly 5 times they are giving the answer yet to come suddenly yesterday they called me please collect your keypad. I went to Office within 10 minutes
    sorry it will take another one week.

    such a wrost service centre I have not seen any where. Irresposible people. They are spoiling
    Company Name.

    Kindly arrange the New one OR tack back my cell and pay the amount back. My handset no.GTB5722

    you are not going to any action I will goto Consumer Court.

    dear sir my samsung e3213 mobile phone does not give proper speed when i use internet in it , first it gives 40to50kbps speed but now it gives 8to10kbps speed . what is its setting for speed of 40to50kbps speed?

    Thumbs down Samsung has pathetic / worst after sales service

    I gave my samsung cell SGH-L500 for camera and microphone repair/replacement to the Samsung Service Centre, Jalandhar on 15.09.2011 and they kept my cell for 3 weeks and did not respond at all to the innumerable calls made by me on their service centre number. Finally after three weeks time when I went to collect the cell, they said camera and microphone is yet to arrive, when I asked by what time, they said we don't know. When I asked them to handover my set to me without repair, as it was working with its basic features, I came to know that they had deleted/erased all my important contact numbers and messages for which I am suffering till today and shall in future.
    The company should not provide customer services to the dealer/personnel/people who are unable to handle and manage it properly. At the same time the staff should be well equipped technically and in communicating effectively with the customers. The temperament of this staff at Samsung Service Centre was utterly disappointing and awful, WHICH TARNISHES A COMPANY'S NAME AND GOES AGAINST WELL ESTABLISHED SAMSUNG COMPANY NAME, which is doing well in terms of its new products among consumers.

    I will never suggest rather dissuade & discourage anyone to buy a samsung product.

    I am a serving Army officer who has now landed up into a problem JUST by buying a SAMSUNG GALAXY YOUNG GT- S5360 from CROMA on 25 oct 2011,iNVOICE NO 55020014759 From the croma shop itself the set hanged for the first time but it started and I was made to understand that there is no problem.The problem continued and I went to CROMA shop which is in Cannuaght place around 17 km from where I am staying ,and I was again told that there us no problem with the set,THIS CONTINUED FOR MY THREE VISITS TO CROMA ,Finally on 28 oct 11 I reffered to Customer care centre,Bhikajee cama place,work order no 4121906587 who declared the set problematic and I was issued a DOA,and again I had to go and take a new set from CROMA cannaught place.
    To my surprise this changed new set is again having the same problem,when reffered to customer care centre to speak to you, there were reservaions,Please let me know have I done a mistake by purchasing SAMSUNG SET.what are the options available for me?I really now dont want to travel again 17 km for this exchange.Can i get my refund order?
    I shall be waiting for your reply for next 24 h or else I loose faith on SAMSUNG and other course of action pl.

    i purchased my mobile model no GTb-7722on 9-5-2011.I was facing problem as my phone get hanged in between and there was problem of call dropping. i went to R.r communications at district center which is as a samsung mobile service center on 10-10-2011.After three days i got my mobile again on 15-10-2011 i submitted my mobile with the problem of flash light with incoming calls earlier there was no such problem but instead of making my mobile to work in perfect condition the gave my mobile with new problem. after two-three days i went to center and took my mobile but still iam facing the same problem.

    i have made many compalin through phone call to manish sir, hamansu sir etc i have also made many compliant to toll free number that in jamnagar samsung service is hopeless

    service is provided to that customer only which material is purchase from prime distributors

    i want to know that jamnagar samsung service center is of prime distributors or samsung company

    I purchase samsung Hero on 13th of august. from Astha mobile.Rudrapur

    On 01.11.2011 i faced problem with its upper hearing loudspeaker , I go to samsung care for reapairing

    they take 5 Hrs to repair it. And yesterday I face the same problem . I again go for care now they are saying that it will take 2 days.


    Plz give some authentic reason for it

    sir,
    i have given my samsung 5310 mobile set for repair to your service ceter "hello enterprises" rajeev plaza, Gwalior, mp on 24.10.11 . they committed to repair it upto 29.10.11. But besides of several approaches to the service center i have still not got my mobile repaired. some time they says that their mechanic is on leave some time they says the mechanic is out side the head quarter for attending any ceremony. i request you to look into the matter and issue strict instruction to rectify the problem and hand over the mobile set fully repaired to me immediately.

    I have purchased a samsung mobile metro 3530 from Credo cell serrvice Inderlok delhi -35 from
    the date of purchase the mobile gave problem. I gave it to servicecentre (ashok vihar- two times )and two times at Nehru Place - delhi but my phone still not working. after repair the mobile, It has been received 15/11/11 from nehru place,again it is out of order on next day.

    I am working and this is not possible for me to running again n again your service centre in 4 times in a month. I am fed up and realy disappointed. so it is highly request to you that please revert my fund to this mobile.

    It is very bad for samsung for not providing genuine product.

    dear sir,
    oct2011,i bought the samsung galaxy mobile.inbetween three months i took my cell to chenglepet service centre for battery backup,heating complaint more or less 6 times.recently i went to tambaram sanatorium service centre for same complaint.but problem was not solved.everytime they only reinstall software .finally i lost my confidence on samsung mobile & service centre
