Hi,
Pls go thorugh the below mail :-
This is related to the Problem of Auto off with Mobile handset(SAMSUNG Mobile(GT-S5253).
This mobile has been puchased 8 months back and during these 8 months it it has been serviced 6 times and every time same problem of Auto off.
During the last discussion with Samsung customer team it was telephonically committed that Mobile will be replaced but there isnt any sign of the same as till date i am getting good soft mails as reply to my remiders ...But no practical solution.
It is visible that Samsung customer support team has been tained to reply in very opstimistic way but to linger on the things so that customer will stop knocking the door.

Need help if this issue can be resolved in any way or this issue can be esclated to the higer levels of the management.

Objective is to get the genuine solution.

Regards,
Arvind Khair

Title : RE: RE: RE: Problem in Maobile(GT-S5253)

Hi,
This is for your information that 2 days back(29th Jan) I got call from Mr.Ashish (9910006749) mentioning that he is calling from Samsung and I should send anyone to DECENT SERVICES Gurgaon to collect new mobile as replacement.
It was clearly asked by me that do I need to provide any document or anything else and he simply told that just anyone has to come and get the mobile and he can give his reference …Meanwhile he will instruct to Decent services.
Today one of my Executive(Sandeep Kumar) reached there at Decent service to collect the Mobile as replacement at 3:30 pm and from last 2 hours he is waiting there as he is getting a response from Mr. Vicky that there isn’t any instruction to them for any kind of mobile replacement. Also during these two hours he and me both were trying to reach Mr.Ashish over phone but he was not reachable.
Now just 5 min back I got call from Mr.Ashish that we have to submit the old set ( Which is with Ansh communications) and after that it will take one week of time as per the availability of the set.

I am not able to understand whether this is lack of communication or lack of system from Samsung side or lack of commitment towards customer satisfaction .
But I am very sure that I don’t have further patience / time for this issue.

If Samsung intend to solve this issue …May deliver the replacement at below address.

Regards,
Arvind
