    Default samsung mobile handset(champ duos E2652)

    I purchased a mobile phone SAMSUNG CHAMP DUOS E2652 on12.8.2011.But after 10days(22.8.11) of purchase date I noticed sum problem in my phone that was handsfree jack problem.For that reason I am not able to listen by headfone. so I go to customer Service centre,because I have in warranty period but they took this phone several times and gave me with solution, but same problem is again on 10.9.2011.And that time they gave me with repair.
    But again same problem is appeared on 1.11.2011,I told Mr. Arijit Das manager of this service centre for replacement this mobile , he adviced me that, not possible to do this, they gave me my mobile in repair but with out 4 screws inside of mobile.
    After that I requested them for replacement or perfect service but they had no response .
    Now you help me for that matter because i am fed up from purchase the mobile phone and it is very needful in my office job.
    I have all document of purchased, and repair service report last two there job sheet.
    Please take action as soon as possible.
