Dear Sir,

we have Samsung Mobile Model SCH -F339 in the month of March 2010.After one month its Touch Pad didn`t work.Finally we go to the sevice centre and submit the mobile on 06/07/2010 with work order no.10GMP0632 in Patna Service centre.
Now on several request to the sevice centre they are not ready to deleiver the mobile.Each time they reply material is not available.
So,we have requested you to kinly look into thsi matter.
