I had given my Samsung 2130 mobile Samsung Service centre for repair on Aug4,2010.

Since then I had visited twice. But no proper response..Then I called your Customer care No twice. They said that they are transferring my call to Mobile deptt but both times line cut.
NOTHING DONE...I HAD CONTACTED CONCERNED ASM Mr. VIKRAM(9888255305), BRANCH MANAGER Mr. Amarjit. But mobile still not repaired. Daily they tell lie.
Finally the set repaired on Aug14,2010.
I want to know the max time limit for such complaints.. How can a working person remain without mobile for two weeks?
I demand compensation of Rs50000/- for harrasment caused and negligence on part of SAMSUNG.
